A key player in facilities management is seeking a Commercial or Finance Assistant with at least 3 years of administrative experience. Located in New Eltham, this hybrid role involves producing quotes, liaising with clients and project teams, and ensuring financial accuracy. - 3 years' experience in a commercial or administrative role.
- Technical understanding of building maintenance preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate quotes by interpreting information.
- Ensure profitable quotes for works are submitted on time.
- Liaise with project teams to obtain costs and programmes.
- Conduct site visits to ascertain scope of works.
- Maintain quote trackers and client correspondence.
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries.
- Compile monthly applications and payment notices.
- Conduct regular profit and loss checks.
- Engage with suppliers for competitive pricing.
