Qualifications

  • Several years of financial reporting experience from external audit or industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Practical understanding of UK tax (VAT and Corporation Tax).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements according to UK GAAP.
  • Lead the external audit process and resolve audit queries.
  • Coordinate UK tax reporting with external tax consultants.
  • Manage statutory filings and ensure timely submissions.
  • Support FP&A team with investor reporting and board materials.
  • Support regulatory reporting for UK and Cyprus entities.
