A high-growth technology firm in the UK is seeking an Interim CFO to provide financial leadership during a critical scale-up phase. You will manage cashflow, budgeting, and financial reporting while collaborating with the incoming permanent CFO. This role requires proven scale-up experience, strong technical skills, and a collaborative approach. The assignment is for approximately 3 months, working fractionally at 3 days per week.

- Proven experience in scale-up finance leadership across Series A-C.
- Strong technical skills in cashflow management, board reporting, and budgeting.
- Experience in implementing financial processes and audit preparation.
Responsabilidades
- Lead short-term financial management during the transition.
- Manage cashflow, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Deliver timely financial reports for board and investors.
- Strengthen financial controls and operational processes.
- Prepare a structured handover to the incoming CFO.
