Job summary
A leading engineering training provider is seeking a Graduate Engineer to deliver classroom instruction in electronic engineering to groups of trainees. Responsibilities include conducting lab sessions, supervising experiments, and administering examinations. Candidates should hold a Foundation Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering and possess a solid technical understanding. This full-time, permanent position is based in Gosport with a competitive salary of £40,000 annually.
Qualifications
- Must have a Foundation Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Previous engineering experience is desirable.
- Strong technical understanding to support training delivery is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom instruction to trainee groups in electronic engineering and basic mathematics.
- Conduct practical lab sessions and supervise trainee experiments.
- Administer and invigilate examinations.

Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Graduate Engineer to work for a leading engineering training provider based in Gosport.
Gosport
Full-time 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
40k/annum.
Permanent.
- Deliver classroom instruction to trainee groups (up to 24) in electronic engineering, electrical machine principles (NVQ Level 4/5), and basic electronics and mathematics (Level 2/3).
- Conduct practical lab sessions, demonstrating key principles and supervising trainee experiments.
- Administer and invigilate both paper-based and online examinations.
- Mark and check-mark assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and update training materials.
- Collaborate with Training Design staff to align content with DSAT standards and submit updates for approval.
- Foundation Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (essential).
- Previous engineering experience (desirable).
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to support training delivery (desirable).
