Job summary

A leading engineering training provider is seeking a Graduate Engineer to deliver classroom instruction in electronic engineering to groups of trainees. Graduate Engineer - Electronic

Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Graduate Engineer to work for a leading engineering training provider based in Gosport.

Location

Gosport

Shift Timing

Full-time 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday.

Pay Rate

40k/annum.

Contract

Permanent.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver classroom instruction to trainee groups (up to 24) in electronic engineering, electrical machine principles (NVQ Level 4/5), and basic electronics and mathematics (Level 2/3).
  • Conduct practical lab sessions, demonstrating key principles and supervising trainee experiments.
  • Administer and invigilate both paper-based and online examinations.
  • Mark and check-mark assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update training materials.
  • Collaborate with Training Design staff to align content with DSAT standards and submit updates for approval.
Requirements
  • Foundation Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (essential).
  • Previous engineering experience (desirable).
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to support training delivery (desirable).
