Psychology Graduate – SEN Support (Little Hulton)

Educato is recruiting a Psychology Graduate to work within the school’s SEN Unit. This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a daily rate of £102. The position will start 19 January 2026.

Role
  • Support pupils within the SEN Unit on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Work with children with a range of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD, and associated learning and emotional needs
  • Assist with behaviour, engagement, emotional regulation, and social development
  • Implement strategies set by the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals
  • Create a calm, nurturing and structured learning environment
Ideal Candidate
  • Psychology degree (or related subject)
  • A genuine interest in supporting children with SEN and additional needs
  • Patient, resilient, and emotionally intelligent
  • Confident working as part of a wider SEN and pastoral team
  • Previous experience with children or SEN is desirable but not essential
