Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a motivated Sales Management and Innovation Support Graduate for a 24-month program, starting September 2026. We are seeking a motivated and high-potential candidate to join our PS-SC and PM/SOE divisions as a Sales Management and Innovation Support Graduate.

In this role, you will support sales management activities, customer engagement processes, and innovation initiatives – including the development and piloting of PIB CARE.

Responsibilities

Sales Management Support

• Support the end-to-end sales process for the divisions
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, NDAs, commercial documentation, and internal approvals.
• Create high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

PIB CARE Project Support

• Support in the development and creation of projects
• Support with the implementation of the pilot and collect and assess feedback

Qualifications

• Have a degree in Business Management, Sales or an equivalent degree.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

This is a 24‑month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree.

Location

you will be based at the Denham office.
