We're looking for an experienced Head Chef who's passionate about food, customers and supervising teams to join us here at Claremont Landscape Garden.

You will be preparing tasty treats using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
You’ll be supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with running the kitchen. You will guide and support one Chef and one kitchen apprentice, in this role. Using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll be preparing tasty soups, broths and salads, as well as baking.
As an experienced Chef, you’ll be passionate about food and be driven to exceed customer’s expectations by delighting them with the delicious food you create, prepare and serve.
Claremont is a beautiful National Trust landscape garden in Surrey surrounding a small lake and featuring an amphitheatre. Our Great Barn Restaurant is open every day, and serves a variety of tasty treats and dishes to tempt our visitors. We pride ourselves on using local and seasonal produce in our dishes, with many of the ingredients being supplied by our very own kitchen garden, as well as our herb garden (which happens to be one of the countries biggest!).
