A leading horticulture charity in the UK is offering a Level 3 Horticulture Supervisor apprenticeship aimed at developing supervisory skills while working alongside experienced staff. The role includes practical work across various garden teams, alongside college studies for a qualification. Candidates must have some prior work experience in horticulture and be eligible to work in the UK. Our Level 3 Horticulture Supervisor apprenticeship will support you to learn horticultural team leader supervisory skills and develop your knowledge and skills in the science, art and practice of horticulture by working alongside knowledgeable and experienced staff in the workplace and supervising staff and volunteers. You will also attend college to study for the qualification, develop your understanding of horticulture, and embed the practical learning.
These experiences and the skills you learn will equip you for professional life in the industry and advance your career in horticulture.
