A global footwear company in England is looking for an Assistant Trading Manager to drive onsite trading and merchandising strategies for HOKA and TEVA brands. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure brand performance. Key responsibilities include managing the trade calendar, overseeing merchandising strategies, and providing insight-driven reports. As the Assistant Trading Manager for HOKA and TEVA brands, you’ll be a key player in driving our onsite trading and merchandising strategy across EMEA. You’ll work closely with the Trading Manager to execute the strategic vision, own elements of the trading plan at category or market level, and ensure our commercial offering is always at the forefront. Your work will directly impact the customer experience, brand performance, and the achievement of quarterly targets. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless product launches, optimize site performance, and champion localization and personalization in a customer‑centric environment.
