In this role, you will grow as a trusted HR professional, building strong foundations in people operations while developing skills in organisation, communication and data management. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from maintaining accurate records to supporting employee relations and benefits processes. Your career path will be shaped by exposure to varied HR projects, continual learning within a collaborative team and the opportunity to deepen your understanding of HR systems, compliance and data‑driven decision‑making.

You will join a supportive People team that values teamwork, integrity and a commitment to exceptional service. The environment is fast‑paced and collaborative, with colleagues who share knowledge openly and work together to meet service level agreements and ensure efficient HR operations. You will partner closely with People Business Partners, benefits specialists and other internal stakeholders, contributing to a cohesive and high‑performing HR function.

Your work will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organisation. By maintaining precise employee data, preparing accurate documentation and responding to employee inquiries with professionalism and care, you will help create a positive employee experience. Your attention to detail and discretion will safeguard sensitive information, support effective decision‑making and strengthen trust in the People team. Through timely reporting and involvement in ad‑hoc projects, you will contribute to initiatives that improve processes, enhance compliance and drive the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
