âś… Conduct audits of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.

âś… Draft and update policies across multiple jurisdictions
âś… Lead investigations and support employee relations
âś… Collaborate with HR on employment-related claims, litigation, and regulatory inquiries
âś… Deliver training and monitor compliance trends
- UK-qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR laws and regulations
- International exposure (private practice or in-house).
- Experience in investigations, employee relations, settlements & drafting employment contracts and policies.
- Experience in retail or consumer sectors.
- Agile, risk-based approach and curiosity about global labour laws.
