A recruitment agency in the Greater London area is seeking individuals for a customer service role. Successful candidates will respond to queries in both English and Dutch, providing excellent support through various channels. The position offers a salary of £12.30 per hour, uncapped commission, plus numerous benefits including discounts and career progression opportunities. The role involves working 37.5 hours per week with shifts that include weekends.
Responding to English and Dutch emails, answering calls, dealing with customer queries on our system and translating replies.
To deliver customer service / excellence in all aspects of supporting clients over the phone and in writing in both languages.
You will communicate directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat. You will handle communications from customer enquiries, updating customer details, reporting to Dutch Team Leader.
Salary: £12.30 per hour + benefits
Uncapped commission structure rewarded for sales results, paid out monthly. On target earnings of £5000 per annum
Agents can progress to positions such as Support Agent, Helpdesk Agent, Senior Agent, Trainer, Quality Support Executive and Team Manager.
37.50 per week, between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, 8-4PM Saturday and 9-4PM Sunday. Shifts will include 1 weekend day every other week with a weekday given in lieu.
