What You’ll Do

✅ Develop, update, and implement employment policies ensuring compliance with UK labour laws and international regulations.

✅ Conduct audits of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.

✅ Advise HR & leadership on UK employment law

✅ Draft and update policies across multiple jurisdictions

✅ Lead investigations and support employee relations

✅ Collaborate with HR on employment-related claims, litigation, and regulatory inquiries

✅ Deliver training and monitor compliance trends

What You’ll Need
  • UK-qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR laws and regulations
  • International exposure (private practice or in-house).
  • Experience in investigations, employee relations, settlements & drafting employment contracts and policies.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in retail or consumer sectors.
  • Agile, risk-based approach and curiosity about global labour laws.
