Responsibilities include managing complex planning applications and ensuring efficient performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience in Development Management. Responsabilidades
- Lead and supervise a team of planning officers.
- Act as lead officer at Planning Committee.
- Manage and process major and complex planning applications.
- Vette applications for minimum statutory requirements.
The role is to lead and supervise a team of planning officers dealing with Development Management matters including the processing of complex major planning applications and to contribute to the efficient and effective performance of the section.
- To lead and supervise a team of planning officers dealing with Development Management matters including the processing of complex major planning applications and to contribute to the efficient and effective performance of the section.
- To act as lead officer at Planning Committee.
- To manage and process major and complex planning applications, enquiries and appeals and to work to deadlines.
- To vet applications to ensure that they meet minimum statutory requirements and to allocate applications to officers accordingly.
