Group Finance Manager: Lead Reporting & Controls
Resumo da oferta
A fast-paced growing organisation is seeking a Group Finance Manager based in Harrogate. In this role, you will lead the production of monthly management accounts for multiple group companies and oversee the financial statements process. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with experience in management accounting and team leadership. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines are essential. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic finance team in a growing environment.
Qualificações
- Proven experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Strong background in preparing and reviewing management accounts.
- Experience preparing and/or reviewing statutory financial statements.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the end-to-end production of monthly management accounts.
- Own the statutory financial statements process including audits.
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
