A growing financial services company in the UK is seeking a CFO to develop their finance function amidst rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bridging Finance and experience in building investor relationships. This role offers hybrid working with occasional visits to the Manchester office.
Hybrid / Remote working with occasional visits to Manchester Head Office.
Our client is a rapidly growing financial services business specialising in Bridging Finance to both residential and commercial clients. Due to rapid growth they are now looking for a CFO to create and implement all of the necessary processes in their finance function.
Although this role is titled as a CFO, it would suit a Finance Director or Financial Controller who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an amazing opportunity to join a business that is on a rapid growth trajectory and where you will have the opportunity to build a finance function.
You will need to build relationships with their panel of investors, which range from banks through to HNW private investors. You will also work closely with client solicitors to ensure that all necessary contracts are in place together with tracking large cash movements and inbound payments for distribution as required.
Experience working in Bridging Finance is essential as is knowledge of loan notes and Sub Charges.
