We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join a busy team in Rushden, supporting day-to-day financial administration.
- Manage daily cash, cheque, card, and bank transactions; maintain accurate records in Sage and Excel.
- Administer supplier and client accounts, including purchase orders, invoices, and credit control support.
- Process monthly staff expenses, ensuring receipts are coded and approved.
- Assist with payroll preparation and staffing-related updates.
- Provide general administrative support, including emails, audits, and team coordination.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all finance tasks.
- Experience in finance or accounting administration
- Proficient in Sage 50 and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
