We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Oxford Street. You will work closely with an established team to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum values our front-end retail staff and invests in their development.
An Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, oversees employees, models leadership, and provides excellent customer service. This role also involves stepping in for the Manager when needed, serving as a training ground for future Store Managers. We prioritize training, development, and creating an environment where employees can achieve and progress. Regular support, training, and tools will be provided to help you thrive.
