A well-established manufacturing company in Lancing is seeking a Manufacturing Operative for a full-time permanent position. The role involves operating machinery, maintaining work areas, and ensuring safety. - Experience operating machinery - especially heavy or industrial equipment.
- Previous work in a production or manufacturing setting preferred.
- Confidence in lifting heavy equipment and being on your feet.

- Loading and unloading items from heat treatment processes.
- Performing routine maintenance on machinery.

- Operating hydraulic presses safely and efficiently

- Experience operating machinery - especially heavy or industrial equipment (preferred but not essential)
- Previous work in a production or manufacturing setting, or a genuine interest in starting a career in this environment
- Confidence in lifting heavy equipment and being on your feet throughout the day
- A consistent, dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:30pm
- £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Based in Lancing
