THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit multiple Operatives for our client based in Tanfield. Our client is nationwide manufacturer who have been operating since 2016. The business supplies to the packaging supply chain and are making over 300 million units. They are a forward-thinking, family owned business who are constantly innovating and aiming to be a market leader in the industry. The organisation provides a strong network of training and support. They will work with you to develop your skill set and competency.

THE ROLE
  • Packing goods in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Physical activity including lifting and handling stock
  • Operating a machine
  • Quality checking items ensuring there are no defects
  • Completing paperwork
THE PERSON
  • You will be physically fit and able to lift and handle stock.
  • Experience packing in a manufacturing environment.
  • Flexible to undertake additional duties to support business demands.
