A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Quality Auditor for a hybrid role in children's social care. The position involves conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and producing reports for improvements across children's homes. - Strong working knowledge of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
- Strong working knowledge of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
- Experience in auditing, inspection or quality assessment in children's social care.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
- Excellent communication, report-writing and analytical skills.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding, quality and continuous improvement.
Responsabilités
- Conduct high-quality audits across children's homes and supported accommodation.
- Assess compliance against regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards.
- Produce clear, accurate audit reports and recommendations.
- Support services in implementing improvements.
- Work collaboratively to drive quality, safeguarding and best practice.
- Travel to sites across the region regularly.

- Conduct high-quality audits across children's homes and supported accommodation settings

- Regular travel to sites across the region (3 days per week minimum onsite)
