UX Designer / Digital Product Designer - Global SaaS Company – Up to £50k + Benefits

Experience of working in cross functional and agile SaaS product teams creating innovative UX and UI solutions; comfortable at all levels of design from concept (sketching concepts, designing flows, building prototypes) through to polishing final designs; experience working with or developing design systems and design documentation.

This role is hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Horsham, West Sussex offices.

Salary up to £50k per annum

A UK based Global Digital SaaS Software Company have a fantastic job opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and career minded UX Designer with experience of working in cross functional agile SaaS product teams to become involved in creating and delivering design solutions that are technically viable and deliver value to their millions of customers worldwide.

Since UX Design expertise will be integral in delivering both a broad and constantly evolving product suite, the ideal candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate their experience with SaaS product designs through a portfolio that showcases your experience working with or developing UX design systems and design documentation. You will work alongside the company’s skilled development teams during the build to ensure your designs are implemented to the highest standard so you should be adept at clearly defining problems and framing design decisions with rationale, data, and research insights to increase the potential for product success. To truly excel in this role you will need to be proactive, approachable, adaptable, and collaborative, an expert who really understands problems allowing you to develop effective design solutions.

• Creating innovative UX and UI solutions that inspire the company’s teams and customers
• Owning design problems and their solutions from start to finish
• Ensuring the company’s designs solve their customer’s needs, by involving customers in their design process and always advocating for users within the business
• Iterating, testing, and refining solutions to ensure so the company’s end products solve user problems
• Promoting best practice amongst the company
• Encouraging others to develop confidence in, and contribute to, the design process
• Identifying opportunities and helping conduct research, to help the company better understand problems and test solutions
• Always considering accessibility, ensuring the company’s solutions not only comply with accessibility guidelines but are truly user-friendly for all.
