A leading beauty firm in London is seeking an Interim National Education & Events Manager to lead strategic training initiatives for their brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty industry and demonstrated leadership qualities. Responsibilities include managing training budgets, developing programs, and ensuring consultant success. This position offers a hybrid work model with generous benefits.
MISSION
Lead and advance the UK&I Shiseido and Cle de Peau Beaute brands training team in strategic program delivery and exceptional consultant performance - including product skills and selling/service techniques to drive the business and meet productivity and service goals.
Reports to: Head of Education and Events, NARS, Laura Mercier, Shiseido and Clé de Peau Beauté
Job Location: Shiseido Group London Head Office
Contract type: Interim 12 Month FTC

After the pre-screen, your application will be reviewed by the hiring manager. Successful applicants will be invited to at least 1 interview. Preferably, we would like to meet you in person and give you the opportunity to test your commute as well as see your potential place of work! In some cases, we may invite you to an assessment centre or to present your ideas in the form of a business presentation.
