The Company

A young mid-size media and events business which operates within the Insuretech sector and has plans to triple the size of the business in the next 12 months!! They provide uncapped commission levels for sales people which enable them to double their basic salary and have a very sociable and friendly culture (regular company sports activities/clubs as well as general socials). The working hours are longer than normal (9am-7pm) but you will be hansomly rewarded for the commitment.

As Partnerships Manager you will be selling non-speaking event sponsorship, webinars, hakathons, roundtable events, bespoke on-site event activations and more. You will be engaging with businesses who are already likely to be spending money with the company, as well as brand new clients.

The role and culture is likely to suit someone earlier on in their career. The company has a trusting culture where people are judged primarily by their results and are encouraged to seek out new revenue generating opportunities.
