A dynamic event production company in Greater London is seeking an entrepreneurial Conference Producer. You will take full ownership of events from concept to delivery, manage stakeholder communications, and conduct market research. With a competitive salary of £26,000–£30,000, this hybrid role promotes a fun and fast-paced work culture while prioritizing community and inclusion.
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Conference Producer who wants full ownership of their products, from concept to delivery. You'll be leading the charge on developing market-leading events that serve the needs of our communities, solve real challenges, and deliver value for attendees, speakers, and sponsors alike.
You’ll hone your communication and stakeholder management skills through high-level speaker recruitment, and work within cross-functional teams to bring your event vision to life, and gain direct experience on-site.
£26,000‑30,000 depending on experience (OTE year 1 £40K – OTE increases year 2 onwards).
