A prominent events organization in London is seeking a Senior Events Co-ordinator to manage engaging business events. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Senior Events Co‑ordinator to join their expanding events team. Based in their London office near Oxford Circus, this role offers the opportunity to be part of the planning, execution, and growth of a dynamic event portfolio. The successful candidate will manage a variety of business events designed to drive engagement, enhance brand awareness, and generate revenue.
This is a broad role where the Senior Events Co‑ordinator will use all their event and project management skills and experience, including:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Senior Events Co‑ordinator in event management, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding business content events. You will possess strong project management and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate a proactive mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities and turning them into successful initiatives. Analytical and data‑driven, you will make informed decisions while maintaining excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. As a Senior Events Co‑ordinator, you will be able to plan, prioritise, and manage a demanding workload within tight deadlines, thriving as a self‑motivated team player in a fast‑paced environment. Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities are essential, along with familiarity with event technology and software, and a keen awareness of emerging event trends and industry best practices.
