A fine dining event service company seeks a passionate Event Manager for its venue, The Pear Tree. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing events with 100+ covers, a focus on food and service, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Responsibilities include overseeing both administrative and operational tasks, and reporting to the General Manager. This full-time role offers exceptional working hours and training opportunities.

Artemis are looking for a passionate Event Manager based at The Pear Tree, the successful candidate must be self‑motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and events, 100+ covers, with a background in food & bar led establishments.
- 2 years’ experience as an Event Manager/Coordinator in a position used to providing catering for 100+ covers
- Own transport is essential due to thelocation
- Candidates must be eligible to work full‑time in the UK
- Report to the General Manager
- Some lone working
- Management plus delivery of both administrative and operational aspect of the weddings & events
- Exceptional hours with only a few very late nights, 40hrs per week, 5 days out of 7
