As Northwest Staffing Manager, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end staffing lifecycle for our casual catering teams; from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding, training, scheduling and payroll.
You'll work closely with our Centre of Excellence, site Heads of Department, and operational teams to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, every time.
This will suit a confident, organised and proactive people professional with experience in high-volume or event-led environments.
