Job summary
A leading independent estate agency in Croydon seeks an experienced Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Negotiator to handle property viewings and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in sales or lettings, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving license. This full-time role offers a competitive package with excellent commission opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 12 months experience in Sales or Lettings is required.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients and negotiate.
- Should be motivated to earn a high commission.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and carry out property viewings for Sales and Lettings.
- Negotiate sales and lettings transactions.
- Listen to potential buyers and tenants' requirements.
- Liaise with customers to answer their queries.
