An independent Lettings and Estate Agency in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to provide first-class service. The role involves handling enquiries, registering applicants, negotiating offers, and ensuring property compliance. Ideal candidates must possess lettings experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Lettings Experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquiries.
  • Register applicants and book viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and process applications.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and manage renewals.
  • Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance issues.

Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager – Kings Heath – up to £30k

A rare and great opportunity has arisen to join this independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years. They pride themselves on their friendly and professional approach and ensuring all customers receive a first class experience. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who will also be dealing with Property Management and assisting with Sales when required. A really varied role which will ensure no two days are the same!

Main Duties
  • Handling incoming enquiries
  • Registering applicants
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Processing applications referencing and right to rent checks
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and move ins
  • Renewals
  • Registering deposits
  • Ensuring Property compliance
  • Property inspections
  • Dealing with maintenance issues liaising with contractors landlords and tenants
Essential Skills Required
  • Lettings Experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skill both verbally and written
  • Well presented
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own car.
  • A proactive team player.
Working Hours

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays with time off in lieu
