A specialist school in Wallington is seeking a dedicated PMLD Teacher. The role involves teaching Entry-level skills and coordinating a team of SEN TAs in fostering an inclusive environment for pupils aged 4-19 with complex needs. Candidates must possess QTS or QTLS and demonstrate experience with SEN. This position offers the opportunity to shape the educational journey of diverse learners while working collaboratively with a passionate staff.

- Must have experience in teaching students with complex needs, PMLD or SLD.
- Experience of taking the lead in a subject area and achieving exceptional progress.
- Requires the ability to coordinate a team of SEN TAs.
Responsabilités
- Teach Entry level/functional skills level 1 and low level post 16 life skills.
- Coordinate the work of a team of SEN TAs.
- Deliver pupil-focused and creative lessons according to a timetable.
