We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join COYA. This is seasonal position and advertised for future openings.
Experience you will need:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand
- Previous experience working in seasonal venues is essential
- Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team
- Familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests
- Ability to motivate and drive the team
- Attention to detail with good customer service
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management
- A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills. Must have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English
