A local authority in the UK is seeking a Growth Assistant Director to oversee effective management and strategic direction of property assets. Role Overview: To provide the strategic direction and professional leadership, to ensure compliant and effective management of the Council’s property portfolio, working collaboratively, internally and externally with partners and colleagues.
