We're seeking a proactive Plumbing Contract Manager to join a well-established building services provider based in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing multiple projects, and ensuring high standards of safety and compliance.
As a Plumbing Contract Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of mechanical and plumbing projects across the region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of field-based engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of all works
- Overseeing contracts from initial scope to completion
- Preparing accurate estimates and scoping documents for mechanical/plumbing projects
- Coordinating and ordering materials to ensure projects run efficiently
- Ensuring all works comply with health & safety legislation and company policies
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing professional support
- Monitoring contract performance, budgets, and profitability
- Working closely with the Electrical Manager and other members within the team to ensure a smooth
