A leading electrical services company in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced leader for their team of Electrical Qualifying Supervisors. Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading teams of electrical supervisors.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and electrical compliance.
- Ability to conduct technical audits and provide mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Qualifying Supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with CCS and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement within the operational teams.
