You will join a planning team renowned for its excellent relationships with Councils, House and Local Authorities amongst others. This team handle a diverse range of both contentious and non-contentious planning matters, including but not limited to, planning obligations, highways and infrastructure, to contentious planning matters such as enforcement and judicial reviews.
Candidates should have solid experience in planning law, ideally gained within a strong planning team. If you have a background in Local Authority and are seeking to transition into private practice, this could be a perfect opportunity. Due to growth our client welcome applications from NQ - 3 PQE.
