This is a brand new opening for an experienced Family (Care) Solicitor perhaps now looking for that next step up the ladder with a highly regarded practice in Devon. The market is certainly picking up at your level in this part of the country.

My client is a mid sized firm with expertise across the whole raft of practice areas but with very much a commitment to family law. They are seeking a solicitor with experience of private and public funded Children Act matters as well as experience dealing with divorce matters, cohabitation issues and ancillary relief.

You'll need to have significant experience and be at least around 5 years pqe to be considered for this role and ideally have Panel membership. A friendly and professional law firm where you'll be able to make your mark.
