Job title: Residential Property Solicitor

Salary: £46,000-£55,000

PQE Level: 3+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

I am working with a Top regional firm as they are looking to bolster their impressive and personable residential property team with an experienced property solicitor. As a valued member of this hard working team, you will be expected to assist and build your own caseload of sales and purchases; re-mortgages, transfers of equity and declarations of trusts. There is an amazing structure and lots of support from well respected Partners and Senior Associates and the chance to get involved with commercial lending and development finance matters.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Residential Property matters and have excellent client facing skills. There is a top benefits package including a salary which will be reflective of experience.
