This National Professional Indemnity team are looking to hire an experienced, senior associate due to a growing client base. The tier one team specialise in defending claims against accountants, auditors, solicitors, independent financial advisors, auditors, architects and construction professionals.
The ideal solicitor will have previous, strong litigation skills within professional negligence/indemnity and will preferably have experience within insurance. They are looking for an individual who is confident in their ability to defend high value, technically complex cases with support from a wider team. Ideally, you will have impressive business development skills and be comfortable advising large insurer clients.
