A global business and technology transformation company located in the UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Ideal candidates will have strong recruitment experience in IT consulting and effective communication skills. A Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner is the driving force behind recruitment delivery and best practice, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted thought partner to senior leaders and hiring managers across all areas of the Capgemini business.
You will deliver the end to end recruitment process, supporting hiring managers and ensuring a smooth and seamless candidate experience.
