Job summary
A leading employment agency in Greater London is seeking an Executive Support Officer to provide professional assistance to the Director of Housing. Your role will involve managing the Director's inbox, building effective relationships, and ensuring timely support on various tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience in executive support roles and excellent communication skills. This position offers a temporary contract with competitive pay.

Rate: £24.43ph PAYE – Temporary role. Ref: 005487.
The successful candidate will provide confidential and professional support to the Director of Housing, acting as the first point of contact, building effective working relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of the Director’s needs.
- Inbox management – assess, triage, draft responses and commission work from senior managers.
- Act on behalf of the Director – draft responses, commission work, and ensure timely fulfillment against the Director’s needs.
- Build effective working relationships with a wide range of people on behalf of the Director of Housing.
- Support a fast‑paced, exciting and varied role with rewarding outcomes.
