Job summary
A leading educational institution is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the director. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience working in a complex organizational environment. This role requires a university degree, with preference given to candidates holding a master’s degree. This position is based in China and includes support for visa applications.
Qualifications
- Experience in a complex organizational environment such as a university.
- Experience with international partnerships.
- Experience in finance, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Dean.
- Assist international staff in navigating their environment.
- Support in staff recruiting and administering HR policies.

We are looking for an organized, articulate, self-starter to provide administrative support to the Institute of Creativity and Innovation’s Associate Dean and support international staff in navigating their new environment.
The successful candidate will be fluent in Chinese and English, will have a university degree, preferably a master’s degree, and will have experience with two or more of the following:
- Providing administrative support
- Working in a complex organizational environment such as a university
- International partnerships
- Chinese-English translation and interpreting
- Microsoft Office suite
- Finance, budgeting and reporting
- Staff recruiting support and administering HR policies
