A natural beauty company is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow its UK independent wholesale business. The role involves managing enquiries, converting leads, and nurturing accounts. Candidates should have experience in sales, be proactive, and possess strong communication skills. Reports to: Senior Key Account Manager (UK)
Location: Hybrid 2 days in the office / Hertfordshire-based with UK travel to trade shows
Hours: 30 hours per week, ideally 6 hours a day across 5 days 9am - 3.00pm.
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 for 30 hours (pro rata; £36,000–£40,000 FTE)

We are looking for a commercially focused, proactive, and organised Business Development Executive to help grow Evolve Organic Beauty’s UK independent wholesale business. This role is central to expanding our presence across independent health food stores, pharmacies, gifting boutiques, and small professional stockists. You will manage inbound enquiries, convert new leads, and nurture smaller and mid‑tier wholesale accounts. You will play a key role in implementing our 2026 UK Independent Sales Strategy — driving outreach, following up trade show leads, and activating new accounts.
This role would suit someone with experience in sales or account management who enjoys building relationships, balancing organisation with creativity, and who is confident working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
