Maslow Associates are partnering with a fast-growing organisation that operates across multiple European locations and requires a talented ERP & WMS BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST to take ownership of their NetSuite and RF-SMART landscape. This is a hands‑on, high impact role where you will drive system optimisation, process efficiency, and operational excellence across several business functions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being both the technical expert and the process improvement champion, working closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure the ERP and WMS environment is scalable, aligned, and fit for future growth.

The Opportunity

As the organisation continues to expand, you will play a key role in :

  • Leading the configuration, administration, and ongoing enhancement of NetSuite and RF‑SMART.
  • Ensuring seamless data flow and integration across functions and related systems.
  • Supporting users across multiple business units with training, troubleshooting, and system guidance.
  • Driving best practice, standardisation, and continuous improvement across end‑to‑end processes.
  • Contributing to future international deployments and multi‑entity system rollouts.
  • You will work alongside internal teams and specialist external partners, giving you a blend of autonomy and support while influencing how the wider digital ecosystem evolves.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead administrator for NetSuite ERP and RF‑SMART WMS, including configuration, permissions, and system maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with external support partners where required.
  • Manage integrations between ERP, WMS, and other connected applications.
  • Create and maintain clear process documentation, workflows, and configuration standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and system usage.
  • Support new entities and regions during ERP / WMS rollouts, including testing, training, and go‑live activities.
  • Champion standardisation across sites, ensuring consistent and scalable processes.
  • Track KPIs around system usage, adoption, and process performance to guide continual refinement.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong experience administering NetSuite ERP and RF‑SMART WMS (Possibly consider other application areas)
  • A background working in multi‑site or multi‑country environments.
  • Deep understanding of operational processes such as inventory, fulfilment, procurement, and finance.
  • Hands on configuration capability with a track record of improving ERP / WMS performance and usability.
  • Experience working cross functionally with technical teams, finance, operations, and senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • The desire to be part of a new system replacement journey from the ground up.
Desirable Experience / Or Areas to Develop
  • Supporting ERP / WMS rollouts across multiple sites.
  • Exposure to mobile scanning, automation technologies, or warehouse analytics.
  • Qualifications in project management or process improvement (PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience supporting international expansion or deployments in new regions.
