A major healthcare provider in London is looking for a Band 7 Diabetes Outpatient Dietitian to provide specialized care and education to diabetes patients. The role involves managing a patient caseload, delivering structured education programs, and leading team training initiatives. Post will be based at Royal Free Hospital site with 1 MDT clinic per week at Edgeware Community Hospital.
