We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for an accomplished salesperson who possesses the ability to prospect and develop new business.

Our team of Business Development Managers play a pivotal role within the fast-moving, targeted, high-growth Payments industry, supporting businesses across the UK to reach their goals.

As a BDM, you will have autonomy for development opportunities in a specific postcode territory.

1. Prospecting for new business via self-sourced leads and cold calling.
2. Conducting face-to-face business reviews with customers to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
3. Presenting our market-leading propositions, negotiating, and closing business contracts with new customers.

2. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with quick turnarounds and exceeding customer expectations.
3. Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence objectively.

5. Proficiency with Microsoft applications and customer success software.
6. Proven success in a sales role.
7. Full UK Driving Licence.

• £34,000 basic salary.
• £4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel.
• Uncapped commission with an average OTE of £65k; top earners exceeding £100k.
