We're looking for a motivated and experienced BDM to join our phs family at phs Greenleaf! This role will include outbound call campaigns to generate sales for Greenleaf and their service lines. This will include seasonal campaigns including Christmas and exterior planting. There will also be the requirement of booking quality appointments for field sales agents to promote our services further.

The right person will be a confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced commercial environment and has the tenacity to go after and win new business. They will be outgoing and self‑motivated with the ability to bring positive energy and focus to their team and colleagues across the business. Open to change, they will bring their ideas and work with the Head of Sales and the team to improve the way things are done.

Skills needed :
  • Excellent Communicator

  • Has the confidence to contribute to team meetings respectfully using creative thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Christmas and interior planting knowledge an advantage, but not ideal.
