The Company
An established and growing bridging lender who already have a great reputation for traditional Bridging Loans with speedy turnarounds, delivering tailored financial solutions to clients with speed and precision. As part of their continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM) on their behalf to join our dynamic team. We will consider candidates who are based in London & the South East.
Strong funding lines in place, an apptite to lend and a strong Underwriting and Support team
What We Offer
Attractive Salary Package : Base salary £80,000
£85,000 DOE, plus commission at upto £1500 per £1m lent

The Role
This is not just another BDM role you will be able to use your past experiences as a springboard to success really putting your own stamp on the role with lots of freedom and autonomy
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by building and managing relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and key stakeholders across the bridging finance market. Your role will include :
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the sector.
Managing existing relationships to ensure high levels of repeat business and client satisfaction.
Promoting our products and services, providing brokers with expert advice and support.
Preparing and delivering tailored presentations to prospective partners.
Collaborating with underwriting and operations teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring :
Proven experience as a BDM within the bridging finance or wider financial services industry.
A strong understanding of the bridging finance market and its key players.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A self-motivated, results-driven attitude, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel to attend meetings and events as needed.
