Test Analyst
Job summary
A consultancy firm is seeking a Test Analyst to assist in critical project work. The ideal candidate should have a consultancy background with significant experience in public sector projects. Essential skills include proficiency in BrowserStack, Ruby, Selenium, and knowledge of RESTful APIs. Applicants must be eligible for SC clearance and able to start within a few weeks. This role is fully remote and offers competitive rates in the range of £375 - £415 per day.

My market leading client are looking to secure the services of a Test Analyst to assist with critical project work over the coming months. Ideally coming from a consultancy background with a strong track record working for Pub Sec / Central Gov customers. Suitable Consultants will need to be eligible for SC clearance and be available to start within a few weeks.
- BrowserStack for cross-device testing
- Experience with Ruby
- Cucumber / Gherkin
- WAVE, pa11y
- OWASP ZAP / Dependency Check
- Selenium for automation
- Lighthouse, Javascript debug console
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and proficiency in using tools like Postman or Newman to validate data integrity
- Strong knowledge of Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab for version control and collaboration
- JMeter, BlazeMeter for performance testing
- Familiarity working with the GOV.UK Design System and assuring compliance with design patterns
- Experience configuring CI / CD pipelines for executing automated tests
