At Elekta our Clinical Training Development team plays a vital role in shaping the future of cancer treatment by designing and delivering world‑class training programmes for both our customers and internal teams.

What you'll do at Elekta

Your role as a Clinical Training Specialist will be (but not limited to)

  • Craft Engaging Learning Materials: From end‑user training to internal resources you’ll create dynamic content that resonates with our diverse global audience.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with experts across the organization to identify learning objectives and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Innovate Learning Strategies: Assess objectives and implement optimal knowledge transfer methods.
  • Project Management: Juggle multiple projects prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize Technology: Leverage cutting‑edge learning platforms for efficient design and implementation.
  • Maintain Clinical Learning Portfolio: Keep our customer learning journey on track.
  • Support Commercial Launches: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Manage Learning Product Offering: Pricing catalogue configuration and reporting.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (20%).
What you bring
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years experience in the clinical technical or product area of responsibility.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and convey complex technical solutions that combine hardware, electronics and software.
  • Integrator of technical and commercial views.
  • Experience in instructional design, e‑learning or training development preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
